Homeworld Theory Character Designs: Yellow Diamond

And finally, my concept design for Yellow Diamond!

In my personal headcanon, Yellow Diamond is the physical segment of the three Diamonds, while White is the mental and Blue is the spiritual.

This is it, the big bad herself. As a warrior gem, she prizes power over all, and the more one has, the more worthy they become in her eyes. Being the largest in size between the triad, it doesn’t take much for her to turn her plans into actions by manipulating her ‘sisters’ with force and deception. While the triarchy is, in fact, in action, she is usually the sole decision maker (unless stated otherwise or argued against).

Obviously, her most obedient follower happens to be Jasper. Their relationship is what some would call either a master/pet situation or an emotionally abusive mother/daughter relationship. Jasper, in turn, is very loyal to her mistress and considers her own worth by what Yellow classifies it as.

Side note: Yellow Diamond actually fears anything she feels could match strength with her. Therefore, she deals with the situation through her political power before things get out of hand.
